1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging, where applicable.

• The reason for the return

• Photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for eligible returns.

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide instructions for completing the return.

4. Restocking Fees

No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your planner arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

7. Items That May Not Qualify for Return

A return may be declined if the product has been used, damaged after delivery due to customer handling, or returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements.

8. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, we may be unable to cancel an order if it has already been processed or shipped.
